Mau Tapu

The building area is essentially a flat knoll with the land north and west falling away dramatically. Uninterrupted views of Lake Wanaka, Ruby Island, Mau Tapu island with the alps beyond, Mt Aspiring (Tititea), the Buchanans and Minarets. To the west farmland from Roy’s Peak to Mt Alpha. A truly stunning location.
Ruby Island

A particularly stunning aspect of Ruby Island front and centre! This lot is remarkably secluded from adjacent lots due to the natural contours of the land. The site is oriented due north, mostly flat with rolling edges. Unimpeded views of the mountains and lake.
Twin Peaks

This site is elevated and commands views of the mountains and lake through protected view corridors. This section has a large building area while also supporting some mature stands of matagouri that provide natural screening from adjacent sites.
Mt Gold

Dress circle. The building platform is basically flat and rolls away to the north. Amazing views, particularly of Mts Gold, Burke and Maude. Views extend due north up Lake Wanaka with Elly Point, Beacon Point and the Peninsula prominent. The outlook is completed to the east with elevated vistas over Wanaka township and Mt Iron.
Mt Maude

This site has a particularly stunning aspect of Mt Maude to northeast. The site is elevated and commands views of the mountains and the lake carefully planned view corridors. This section has a large building area. It also supports some mature stands of matagouri that provide natural screening from adjacent sites. A number of olive trees to the south contribute to a country feel.
Avalanche Glacier

This lot naturally orientates itself to the northwest with breath-taking aspect into the Southern Alps – Mt Niger, Mt Aspiring and Avalanche Peak. Lake views are equally stunning. The land drops away abruptly to the northwest and west. The site is private with distinctly rural feel to it.
Minaret Peaks

This site is flat while rising steeply to the south. A house nestled into the hill will have expansive alpine views. It will also command snapshots of the lake through a view corridor directly north up the lake. Ancient matagouri and native shrubland landscaping naturally screen adjacent lots.

This site is flat and rises to the south. A house nestled into the hill will have alpine views. It will also have snapshots of the lake via view shafts directly north up the lake. Views to the east over the olive grove take in Mt Iron and beyond.
Tititea

Arguably the highest house site in Wanaka. A sentinel with virtually 360˚ views! This site has everything. Rural outlook to the west over paddocks and a deer farm. Alpine vistas to the north, unimpeded views with a serious amount of lake. Wanaka town and Mt Iron to the east. The site also has several mature olive trees and a stand of protected matagouri.
Grandview Mountain

Top row. Major uninterrupted vistas to the east of the mountain chain behind Hawea - Breast Hill, Grandview Mountain, Great Rock, and Dunstan range beyond. Mt Barker and Mt Iron in the foreground. This elevated site has expansive views northeast to Lake Wanaka, the Peninsula, Minarets and Twin Peaks. Looking west brings a distinctly rural feel. Mt Alpha

This site has so many options. Quite different aspects along with the old favourites. Northeast it looks out towards Mt Burke, Mt Gold and Mt Maude, Lake Wanaka and the Peninsula. Looking northwest Roy’s Peak, west to Mt Alpha and south to the Criffel Range essentially over farm land. The site also looks out towards Mt Iron and Mt Barker, has several mature olive trees and a stand of protected matagouri.
