Mau Tapu

This site has a particularly stunning aspect of Mt Maude to northeast. The site is elevated and commands views of the mountains and the lake carefully planned view corridors. A number of olive trees to the south contribute to a country feel.
Avalanche Glacier

Grandview Mountain

This site has so many options. Quite different aspects along with the old favourites. Northeast it looks out towards Mt Burke, Mt Gold and Mt Maude, Lake Wanaka and the Peninsula. Looking northwest Roy’s Peak, west to Mt Alpha and south to the Criffel Range essentially over farm land. The site also looks out towards Mt Iron and Mt Barker, has several mature olive trees and a stand of protected matagouri.
